Project Manager and Business Analyst - Healthcare Operations
Location: Houston, TX

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands — including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, Foundation Physicians Group, and SignatureRx — are seeking a reliable and professional Scheduling Specialist who is passionate about helping patients and coordinating care with integrity and excellence.
What you DO
Project Management
- Lead, plan, and manage complex cross functional projects identified by the COO, ensuring timely completion with clearly defined outcomes
- Maintain a centralized project tracker with weekly updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership
- Identify potential risks such as vendor delays or equipment maintenance issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate change management activities for new processes, technology implementations, or operational transitions
- Serve as the central point of communication between operations, finance, IT, and external partners
Business Analysis
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across operational areas
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements, translating COO directives into clear functional specifications
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure initiative performance and support executive decision making
- Support new system implementations and ensure solutions align with operational needs
- Assist the COO during onboarding periods through rapid data gathering, analysis, and organizational assessment
What you BRING
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Business Analytics (or a proven track record of learning ability)
- Experience supporting C level or senior leadership
- Strong financial understanding with the ability to build and analyze business cases and ROI models
