JOB DESCRIPTION
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Tech to join our team Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
- High school diploma or GED (effective April 7, 2025. No high school diploma/GED required prior to this date for job entry).
- 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience
- Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire (effective April 7, 2025; not required if hired prior to this date).
- Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
- Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner
- Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

- Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience
or
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program and current Nursing Assistant Certification
