We are seeking an accomplished Analyst to join our Analytics Insights team. In this key role, you'll work closely with the Analytics Insights Manager and play a vital part in advancing our mission to cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for conducting complex data analyses and developing insightful recommendations that guide both strategic and operational decisions across the organization.
As an Analyst, you will collaborate with business partners, internal teams, and leadership to clarify requirements and analyze healthcare and operational data. Your findings will drive improvements in patient care and organizational performance. By employing advanced analytical techniques and leveraging data visualization tools, you will transform raw data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Essential Functions
- Develops analytic approaches, measurement plans, and data analysis for healthcare utilization, expenditures, outcomes, and benchmarks.
- Works in cross-functional teams to address complex requests and contributes to organizational culture and strategic priorities
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to design, develop, and analyze outputs measuring clinical outcomes, network performance, and methodology levers.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline and automate existing manual reporting processes
- Prepares and presents findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and business-relevant manner
- Conducts deep-dive analyses to support product strategy, roadmap decisions, and prioritization efforts.
- Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Tandigm Health's commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
- Uses, protects, and discloses Tandigm's patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and protects Tandigm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
- Adheres to and responsible to abide by all information security policies, processes, and/or activities.
- Reports security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization to management.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience, and Skills
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Experience with SQL and assisting in creating new analytical queries and outputs
Preferred
- Experience analyzing healthcare data, such as claims or EMR
- Experience working with a Business Intelligence tool (Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or Tableau preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Health care industry background preferred
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Passion and interest in data-driven decision making, and demonstrated affinity for problem solving and process improvement
- Customer-service oriented; responsive and respectful to coworkers and stakeholders
- High level of initiative, quick learning ability, and resourcefulness
