Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server who speaks Spanish and English to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Provide attentive guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction from greeting to farewell
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed to support kitchen staff
• Buss tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean dining environment at all times
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently and effectively increase sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host duties is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights
