Commercial Electrical Estimator

Are you an experienced estimator ready to take on large-scale multi-family and commercial electrical projects? Join Performance Electrical Contracting, Inc., a growing team known for delivering quality, safety, and integrity in every project.

What You'll Do

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and multi-family projects.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Use McCormick estimating software or similar programs to build competitive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure precision and profitability.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of estimating experience in multi-family electrical construction (required).
• Experience with McCormick software or similar estimating tools.
• Able to read blueprints and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Some electrical experience a plus.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with a strong understanding of deadlines.
• Must have reliable transportation.
