A fun, fast-paced, growing insurance agency is looking for the right candidate to fill our Customer Service Representative Position. The position is either part-time or full-time with flexible mid-day hours, scheduling client appointments, completing administrative tasks, helping with claims and calling referrals for insurance quotes. • Must be experienced in P&C Customer Service. Pay structure is based upon experience & expertise.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with Outlook/email and adminstrative tasks.
• Possess the ability to handle objections.
• Previous marketing experience a plus.
• Proficiency in data processing and documentation.
• Highly Proficient with attention to detail.
• Professional Phone Etiquette.

• Schedule appointments for agent and agency producers.
• Assist in claims reporting.
• Process administrative tasks including document processing.
• Assist with commercial insurance renewal documentation.
• Process policy changes as needed.
• Process policy billing issues and documentation alerts.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Process acord forms for renewing commercial policies.
• Warm calls to existing clients and referrals.
