This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization where you can make an impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the overall operations and sales performance of multiple retail locations within the assigned district.
  • Responsible for conducting daily store visits focused on people, customer service, training, coaching, store contribution, and adherence to loss prevention initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to each retail store team, creating an environment that ensures guest satisfaction, maximum productivity, profitability, and optimal sales results.
  • Responsible for conducting daily store visits focused on people, customer service, store contribution, and adherence to loss prevention initiatives.
  • Manage all relevant merchandising programs accurately and promptly, adhering to our established standards of store presentation.
  • Anticipate, analyze, and identify all sales and operational opportunities within the marketplace, contributing ideas, strategies, and innovations based on in-depth knowledge of local market conditions and the store environment.
  • Ensure stores have proper inventory levels to support sales growth and to meet local market demand.
  • Provide leadership and direction to store managers, including assistance with recruiting, selection, and orientation processes. Assist with employee development and training programs, and plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
  • Attract, develop, and fuel a talent pipeline in support of the district, region, and brand talent strategy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required physical inventories and related Loss Prevention assignments/requirements, and comply with our program to manage overall shrinkage.
  • Responsible for seeking out and participating in community events that resonate with our consumers, i.e., fairs, conferences, expos, and other public gatherings, to promote the organization's mission and initiatives.
  • Conduct real estate site evaluations and perform functions of store openings, franchise conversions, and remodels by coordinating related departments.
  • Identify potential new store locations for review by the real estate committee.
