Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal staff projects and track assigned tasks and timelines.
- Maintain and update digital project files documentation and progress records.
- Communicate with staff members to gather updates answer questions and share next steps.
- Assist with scheduling meetings deadlines and project related activities.
- Prepare basic summaries reports and status updates for management.
- Monitor shared inboxes and route project related messages to the appropriate staff.
- Identify delays gaps or issues in project workflows and escalate when needed.
- Support onboarding of new staff projects including file setup and task tracking.
- Ensure documentation is accurate complete and organized at all times.
- Support general administrative tasks that contribute to smooth staff operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in project coordination administration or operations support is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and collaborative tone.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using digital tools calendars spreadsheets and office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and maintain accuracy.
- Reliable proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and a team focused mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $40.91 per hour
