Project Manager

Overview

Pixl Sauce is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a high-output content studio. This role ensures schedules, shoots, handoffs, and deliveries stay aligned across multiple creative and production teams.

This is a fully in-office role that works closely with internal departments and client-side partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production calendar across all content initiatives

• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resourcing across teams

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal handoffs

• Track review cycles, approvals, and final deliveries

• Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams and client-side stakeholders

• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve them

• Help refine workflows as volume and complexity grow

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years in production or content project management

• Exceptionally organized with strong written communication skills

• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Experience working with client-side teams and approvals

• Proactive, calm, and detail-oriented

• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment

Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
