Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents, patients, and clients by delivering personalized care with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

• Assist residents or patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Lite Housekeeping
• Escort to meals
• Assist with preparing nutritious meals
• Medication Reminders
• Support residents with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia by implementing specialized techniques and maintaining a calm environment
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning routines, laundry assistance, and overall sanitation practices
• Follow care plans meticulously, ensure comprehensive patient support
• Engage residents in social activities or recreational programs to promote mental well-being and community involvement

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments preferred
• Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and hospice care is highly desirable
• Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and safety checks
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others through direct support and caregiving

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
