Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, based in Windham, NH, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The role involves managing executive administrative tasks, handling expense reports, providing support to executives, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. The position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance and providing direct support to senior executives
• Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and coordinating financial administrative tasks
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external correspondence
• Expertise in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, calendar management, and office management
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
