Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our IC-CORES team with a variety of clerical and office management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic office environment, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer support.

Duties

  • Manage IC-CORES admin operations, including multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for correspondence, reports, and scheduling
  • Provide customer service support via phone, email, and in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or office management software is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Office experience in roles such as medical receptionist or dental receptionist is advantageous
  • Personal assistant experience or familiarity with calendar management is desirable
  • High level of computer literacy, typing speed, proofreading skills, and time management capabilities

This position is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and delivering outstanding support to clients and staff alike.

  • Must be 18+ to work for American Key Supply
  • We offer only day shift and work Monday through Friday with no weekends.
  • Reliable transportation is required.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
