Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our diverse client base, providing exceptional support and assistance through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another language, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in a medical or healthcare setting. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
  • Assist patients and clients by providing accurate information regarding services, appointments, and billing inquiries
  • Utilize medical terminology accurately when communicating with healthcare providers and patients
  • Enter data precisely into the computer system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and complete
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Document call details accurately for future reference and analysis

Requirements

  • Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language is required
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare-related customer service role is preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with healthcare software systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear, professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
