We have an exceptional opportunity for a Construction & Fulfillment Project Manager to ensure project objectives, timelines and budgets are met. Please note on-site work may be required. Specific duties include:

● Conduct preliminary review of contract scope and plans.

● Create and submit change proposals to applicable parties and document in SkyWire's documentation structure.

● Inquire about need for business licenses in project locality and acquire permits as needed.

● Coordinate and schedule inspections in line with project deadlines.

● Coordinate project timelines with the General Contractor, applicable

trades, C&F manager, and any relevant Skywire departments

● Attend project meetings and lead internal meetings as needed.

● Provide regular project status reports to internal staff.

● Document project progress and site information within SkyWire systems.

● Ensure projects meet NEC compliance standards

● Lead other team members on projects.

● Provide material estimates upon review of project plan and ensure material

needs are identified and procured within required timelines.

● Ensure required materials are transported to site by deadlines.

● Oversee and ensure site cleanliness including consolidation of materials and trash removal.

● Provide daily job reports in the appropriate slack channel, including upcoming

needs and tagging appropriate managers.

● Using QB Time (or other specified time tracking solution) to clock in and out,

track labor hours to projects, and provide location information for rapid

response dispatching.

● Ensure that the Site Supervisors and team members are clocked in to appropriate job codes and subcategories.

Qualification Requirements

· Strong communication and documentation skills

· Basic computer skills, spreadsheet familiarity, google workspace or similar.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· 1+ year in a project manager or coordinator role

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Basic understanding of building wiring

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

· Project management software proficiency

· Telecommunications background

· Project management certification

· Permit lifecycle experience

· Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles

Compensation:

Full time, $60 - $85k/year based on experience

Benefits:

Insurance: Full time employees are eligible for group medical and group dental coverage on the 1st day of the month after completing thirty days of employment. SkyWire pays half of employee cost on group medical coverage, in accordance with the terms of the company's insurance plans and policies.

Paid Time Off: Full time employees will accrue up to two weeks of PTO per year at a rate of .0385 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to 80 hours of PTO per year for the first 60 months. Please refer to the SkyWire Employee Handbook for additional details regarding time off and office closures.

Retirement Savings Plan: Full time employees become eligible to participate in the company's retirement plan 90 days after your date of hire. SkyWire matches 50% of your contribution up to 4% of your salary.

Paid Holidays: SkyWire observes 7 paid Holidays including: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years Day.

Wellness Plan : The Wellness Plan is a Preventative care management Program that offers a wide array of virtual and online resources for employees. As a tax-qualified plan, participants reduce their payroll taxes to use toward qualified benefit plans.

Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance: VA Skywire provides all qualifying employees a group policy with a benefit equal to 1 times the employee's annual earnings up to $180,000. This policy also includes an additional Accidental Death or Dismemberment benefit that will match the payout amount up to the volume of life insurance for an accidental death. Long-Term Disability Insurance: VA Skywire provides a Long-term disability plan that will pay 60% of an employee's monthly pay up to $6,000 a month. (See plan documents for additional information)
