Are you a seasoned tax professional ready to step into a role where leadership, advisory excellence, and strategic impact converge?

As a
Principal
, you set the tone for excellence, embody the firm's values, and help shape the culture and future growth of the organization—redefining what integrated financial planning looks like.

What You'll Do


• Lead and review tax engagements for individuals, passthrough entities, and trusts with accuracy and insight.


• Serve as a trusted advisor—anticipating client needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering proactive planning.


• Partner with tax, accounting, and wealth teams to provide holistic, integrated client solutions.


• Work with office leadership to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and implement effective change across multiple locations.


• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support professional and personal growth.


• Identify and drive business development opportunities through referrals, networking, and community involvement.


• Reallocate work across teams to manage workloads, deadlines, and organizational capacity.


• Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and care when addressing internal and external challenges.


• Stay current on evolving tax laws, GAAP, and emerging planning strategies.

What You Bring


• CPA or EA required; Bachelor's in Accounting or related field required. Master's in Accounting/Tax preferred.


• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.


• Advanced expertise in individual and passthrough taxation and strategic planning.


• Proven business development and client relationship management success.


• Strong understanding of GAAP, federal, and multi-state tax regulations.


• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear client guidance.


• Project management and team mentoring experience.


• Preferred experience with CCH Axcess, Engagement, and related tax software.


• Commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
