Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Master Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive social work services—including individual and group therapy sessions, case management support, and crisis intervention—to individuals and families facing complex challenges. You will ensure clients receive the therapeutic guidance, community resources, and follow-up support needed to promote stability and long-term success.
This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation practices, and the ability to coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for facilitating evidence-based therapeutic interventions, developing individualized treatment plans, conducting psychosocial assessments, and advocating for client needs with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, including mental health, addiction, child welfare concerns, and housing stability.
- Develop personalized care plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions such as motivational interviewing, CBT techniques, and crisis management strategies.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support clients' emotional regulation, recovery, and overall well-being.
- Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral health support during urgent or high-risk situations, ensuring client safety and stabilization.
- Offer addiction counseling and recovery-focused services to promote insight, coping, and long-term stability.
- Provide consistent case management, including coordinating resources, advocating for client needs, and ensuring follow-up on referrals.
- Collaborate with community agencies—including Section 8 housing programs, Medicare providers, workforce development programs, and child welfare services—to support comprehensive care planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and client interactions in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.
Skills
- Proven expertise in crisis intervention and crisis management techniques for addressing urgent client needs effectively.
- Strong background in addiction counseling, behavioral health services, and evidence-based social work practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower clients using motivational interviewing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and develop staff or interns, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Compassionate, client-centered approach combined with resilience and adaptability to support individuals experiencing mental health crises, housing instability, or childcare challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
