PRE REQUISITES

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Must be able to perform major life activities: Standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates.

• Daily responsible for cleaning vacant dirty rooms to be guest ready, and returning occupied dirty rooms to an occupied clean status within specified time and accuracy constraints per brand standards and best practices set forth by Hotel.
• Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart.
• Follow all cleaning procedures outlined in the housekeeping training with every assignment and as specified on the training checklist.
• Follow deep clean procedures every 90 days.
• Report any discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel in a clean and orderly condition.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and understand the safety and security needs of our guests and associates.

Lo que hará:

• Mantener un ambiente limpio y positivo para los huéspedes y compañeros de equipo.
• Responsable diario de limpiar las habitaciones sucias vacantes para que estén listas para los huéspedes y devolver las habitaciones sucias ocupadas a un estado limpio ocupado dentro de las limitaciones de tiempo y precisión especificadas según los estándares de la marca y las mejores prácticas establecidas por el hotel.
• Mantenga un carrito de limpieza limpio y ordenado.
• Siga todos los procedimientos de limpieza descritos en la capacitación de limpieza con cada asignación y como se especifica en la lista de verificación de capacitación.
• Siga los procedimientos de limpieza profunda cada 90 días.
• Reporte cualquier discrepancia al Ama de Llaves Ejecutiva.
• Asistir en el mantenimiento de otras áreas del hotel en condiciones limpias y ordenadas.
• Responder a las solicitudes y consultas de los huéspedes de inmediato.
• Tener un conocimiento profundo de los procedimientos de emergencia y comprender las necesidades de seguridad y protección de nuestros huéspedes y asociados.

WORKING CONDITIONS/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing, walking for long periods of time while maintaining a friendly professional image. Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, available to work holidays and weekends as necessary in a 24/7 operation.
