Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by providers (LPNs).

• Obtain patients' vital signs and triage information.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Performing venipunctures, EKGs, and X-ray that is within limited scope.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license or MA certification in the state of practice.
• Experience in an urgent care clinic is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including lifting and moving patients as necessary.
