Dining Room Server

Shift is Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 3pm

Responsible for assisting with some food preparation, washing dishes, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room, and serving meals to the residents. Assist any residents that need help with their meals. The server works along with the dietary manager to prepare and serve meals and beverages. Server/dietary aid will also assists in clean up, kitchen maintenance, and setting up and taking down the dining areas. Other job duties include delivering food to residents' rooms, preparing and serving snacks, and taking inventory of food and kitchen supplies.

Must possess a current Food Handler's Permit

Have the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and associates

Must provide written proof of recent TB test or obtain within two weeks of date of hire

Must be positive and deliver a WOW experience through service

Performs unpleasant tasks with grace; works cooperatively with supervisors and displays willingness to assist co-workers

Willingness to work with the elderly

Exposure to blood/bodily fluids is likely

Has ability to do occasional heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
