Senior Director

Hybrid: 3x a week in office, Chicago or Lincolnshire

Compensation: ~$250-275k base, plus bonus

Reports to: VP of Infrastructure

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only

We're seeking an experienced
network leader
who began their career hands-on in networking and has evolved into a strategic leader. This role oversees global network architecture, implementation, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and scale enterprise network infrastructure (SD-WAN, routing, switching, security).
• Own network architecture, design, and operational support.
• Manage budgets, projects, and a high-performing technical team.
• Align network and communication solutions with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in network infrastructure, 5+ years in Director level leadership.
• Proven track record in network architecture and scaling complex environments.
• Hands-on technical background in networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN, data center, security).
• Expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto; SD-WAN and firewall technologies.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and contact center platforms.
