Night Auditor

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Employment Type: Part-time (with potential for additional shifts)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our front desk team at our Marriott hotel. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service during overnight hours while accurately completing daily financial and audit reports. Previous Marriott experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily hotel transactions
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management
• Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property overnight
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Marriott/FOSSE experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight shifts
• Reliable attendance for Thursday–Saturday overnight schedule
