Front Desk Agent – Overnight Shift (Hotel Indigo, IHG Brand)

As an Overnight Front Desk Agent at Hotel Indigo, you are the first and last impression for our guests, delivering warm hospitality and seamless service in line with IHG brand standards. The overnight shift is essential for ensuring smooth operations, guest safety, and consistent service around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service & Check-In/Out: Greet all guests with a welcoming attitude, complete late-night arrivals and early departures efficiently, and provide personalized assistance for unique guest needs.
• Night Audit Duties: Balance the day's financial transactions, prepare audit reports, and ensure that all accounts are accurate and compliant with IHG policies.
• Safety & Security: Monitor hotel premises during overnight hours, respond to emergencies, and follow all safety protocols to ensure guest and staff well-being.
• Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring any overnight issues are addressed or escalated to management as needed.
• Brand Representation: Uphold Hotel Indigo's identity by reflecting the neighborhood-inspired, boutique lifestyle feel—offering local knowledge, personalized recommendations, and a sense of place.
• Operational Support: Assist with overnight tasks such as wake-up calls, coordinating housekeeping for early arrivals, preparing daily reports, and ensuring the lobby and front desk remain organized and inviting.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented, especially with financial balancing and reporting
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera) and IHG brand standards is an advantage
