Cybersecurity ForgeRock CIAM Lead Developer

Baer is looking for Cybersecurity ForgeRock CIAM Lead Developer for a 12-month Federal remote project.

Title: Cybersecurity ForgeRock CIAM Lead Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)

Description:

• Lead a team of developers and engineers in designing and implementing a ForgeRock CIAM solution, including components like ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, IGA, and IG. Develop strategies for onboarding applications and creating application-specific security policies.
• Collaborate with the Agile delivery team to meet requirements and ensure project milestones are achieved. Communicate risks and issues to the project manager and assist in problem-solving.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery by reviewing team deliverables, providing guidance, and removing obstacles.
• Advocate for and implement industry best practices in CIAM and cybersecurity. Stay updated on new technologies and recommend their adoption.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IAM solution design and implementation.
• 8+ years in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• 4+ years with ForgeRock IAM solutions.
• Expertise in CIAM functions, ForgeRock AM and IDM, SAML, OIDC, and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, LDAP, and Java.
• Understanding of web development, Agile methodologies, and experience with at least one major CSP (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• ForgeRock technical certification and cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or (ISC)² SSCP.
• Experience working in or with the US federal government and holding a US government security clearance.
• Ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
