Job Overview:
Village Dental is an EOS-aspiring, private dental practice seeking an organized and detail-oriented, highly professional Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional experience for both new and existing patients. The ideal candidate is well versed in dental terminology and procedures, has excellent communication and administrative skills and will make a positive impact on our patients' oral health journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans, including procedure(s) and timeline(s)
- Collaborate with the doctors to create treatment plans
- Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient workflow(s)
- Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with patients
- Address patient questions and concerns regarding treatment/procedures
- Ensure proper documentation is completed (consents, releases, financials, etc .)
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records in Dentrix
- Follow-up with patients via phone/email regarding outstanding treatment
- Act as liaison between patients and dental providers for smooth care coordination
- Coordinate and schedule patient treatment
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- MINIMUM 3 years current experience in a dental office, preferably as a treatment coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency with Dentrix (required)
- Proficiency with ADA codes
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Team oriented with collaborative mindset
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of dental terminology and procedures
- Professional demeanor with a focus on patient care and confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior dental front desk and clinical experience (required)
