Compensation

Snow Pay: $35–$50/hr depending on experience

Non-snow work: $25–$35/hr (washing trucks, deliveries, etc.)

Job Overview

Snow removal responsibilities include plowing, shoveling, de-icing, and safe vehicle operation during winter conditions. Strong earning potential during storms with opportunity for full-time landscape employment in spring.

Winter Job Duties

· Lead and coordinate snow removal crews during winter seasons, ensuring timely and efficient clearing of roads, driveways, parking lots, and walkways.

· Supervise team members, assign tasks, and provide training as needed to maintain high standards of work quality.

· Operate skid steers, loaders, and salt spreaders

· Apply de-icing materials

· Equipment care & safety compliance

Requirements

· Strong leadership skills with previous experience in supervising or leading a crew preferred.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving trucks or large vehicles is REQUIRED

· Proven experience with snow plowing, landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor maintenance work.

· Reliable transportation

· Ability to work during storms (any time of day)

· Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions including lifting heavy loads and working outdoors for extended periods. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor maintenance who enjoy leadership responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Applicants should be committed to safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality service during winter months while maintaining landscape features year-round.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers are a PLUS, not required

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
