Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Jira/Confluence, UI/UX principles, and data engineering concepts. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complex projects.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and workflow management.
• Contribute to UI/UX discussions, ensuring user-centric design principles are applied.
• Understand and communicate data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Create detailed functional specifications, wireframes, and process flows.
• Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for agile project management.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines, data modeling).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to SQL and basic data analysis
