Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Workday and other applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's integration tools and capabilities, along with skills in troubleshooting and optimization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday integrations and a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integrations between Workday and various third-party systems using Workday's integration tools.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of integrated systems.
• Maintain documentation related to integrations, including technical specifications and user guides.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Workday integration development and implementation.
• Proven experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday's web services API.
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and integration technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Workday Certified Professional in Integrations or a related area.
• Knowledge of HR and financial processes to design effective integrations for business needs.
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with other enterprise systems, such as SAP or Oracle, for possible integrations.
