Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and prevent theft or damage.
• Identify suspicious activity and respond promptly to potential threats.
• Authorize access for employees and visitors.
• Respond swiftly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions effectively.
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring safety and well-being of all individuals on site.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately for future reference and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong situational awareness.
• Valid certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications such as CCTV operation or surveillance training are highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques and the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively.
• Familiarity with security equipment including CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control devices.
• Ability to stand or walk, for extended periods while maintaining vigilance during shifts.
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
