WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED (FRI,SAT, SUN)

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday
• Provide excellent customer service to all restaurant guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including Specials
- Basic culinary knowledge for accurate order taking and menu recommendations
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and increase revenue
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
