Warehouse Manager

Salary: $80,000 although wage may vary based on experience

Position Summary:

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our liquor distribution and warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control best practices, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous compliance with all federal, state, and local alcohol beverage laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. Oversee productivity, proper workflow, and accountability. Monitor KPI's and performance metrics Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance speed, accuracy and overall customer satisfaction. Analyze customer feedback and quickly reconcile any issues or customer requests. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements related to alcoholic beverages. Maintain stringent standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and contents.

Job Specifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; require bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work-related experience preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

3. Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership and supervisory roles; organization and planning.

4. Knowledge of warehouse operations and user of warehouse management system technology.

5. Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office and software applications, and accurate typing skills (25 wpm minimum).

6. Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Ability to work efficiently with a professional, customer friendly attitude.

8. Must be capable of sitting, standing and walking for extended periods.

9. Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
