Production Personnel

Job description

(Box Manufacturing & Packaging Company looking for production personnel to join a rapidly growing organization.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am to 3:30 pm

There are positions available in multiple departments within the production line

Essential Functions

· Create, assemble and/or pack various packaging products by using machines and other applicable production capabilities

· Physical and visual inspection of product to prevent non-conforming goods

· Correctly report all quality defects to the lead in the respective department

· Adhere to the highest standards of company safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations

· Demonstrate the aptitude and skill to work in multiple assigned areas (cross-training)

• Maintain general housekeeping of the production area and additional areas assigned by plant leadership

Qualifications

• Experience working in the Packaging Industry or similar manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to read a tape measure (preferred)
• Possess basic math skills (required)
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly (required)
• Operate basic computer software & programs (required)

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
