What You'll Do

As a Rebuild Estimator, you will play a critical role in restoring homes and lives after unexpected damage. You will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers, creating accurate estimates and ensuring smooth project handoffs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating detailed, accurate sales estimates and proposals for rebuild projects
• Meeting with homeowners, project managers, and insurance adjusters to align on scope
• Communicating clearly and professionally throughout the project lifecycle
• Reviewing estimates with leadership to ensure accuracy and margin goals
• Coordinating job turnover with the operations and project management teams
• Conducting site visits to assess existing conditions and necessary repairs

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

• Customer-focused and solutions-oriented
• Experienced in sales, estimating, or the construction industry (preferred)
• Proficient in computer systems and estimating software
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Analytical and confident in problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $200,000.00 per year
