What You'll Do
- Connect with every guest — uncover their needs and match them with the best T-Mobile solution.
- Hit your personal sales goals while helping the team exceed store targets.
- Learn to master add-on and service selling (accessories, device protection, home internet, etc.).
- Assist with day-to-day store operations like inventory, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, professional space.
- Participate in outreach and marketing to attract new customers.
- Keep the vibe positive, energetic, and team-focused.
What You Bring
- At least 6 months of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- A drive to earn commission and grow your sales skills.
- Strong communication, confidence, and reliability.
- Flexible availability for a mix of evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual a plus
