What You'll Do (Inside Sales)
This is a high-output, high-reward role. You'll build your own book of business and grow recurring customers.
- Prospect nationwide accounts (mostly outbound/cold)
- Run a tight pipeline in HubSpot
- Quote, close, and grow accounts with repeat ordering
- Hit daily activity targets and keep follow-ups sharp
- Work like an owner: you're responsible for outcomes, not excuses
Activity Expectations
- 100 calls/day
- 15 connected calls/day with decision makers
30/60/90 Day Success
- 30 days: build pipeline, qualify 30–50 potential customers, close 1–2
- 60 days: close 5–10 customers, pipeline of 80–100
- 90 days: pipeline of 100–150 prospects with 10–20 repeat-ordering customers
What You're Selling
- Electrical contractor warning signage
- Arc flash labels
- Fence signs
Average customer value: ~$8,000/year (repeat ordering) - large accounts - 100k - 400k
Commission Plan
- 5% of a customer's first month
- 3% recurring revenue for the lifetime of the customer (on your accounts)
