Role Description

We're seeking an unpaid project management mentee to partner with accomplished industry veterans. While I can't give too many details, it's an AI-first (B2B) company looking to develop novel models that address systemic biases and other issues in non-profit and impact funding infrastructure. While grant funding, non-profit, or impact funding domain experience would be excellent, we need someone passionate about building hands-on project management and quality assurance from scratch and scaling them. We prefer someone who desires to learn everything to master growing a successful SaaS brand quickly.

As a PM and Kanban Scrum mentee, you will join the project management and other teams to ensure product development toward an AI Software as a Service (SaaS) product. You will be working with top project management industry leaders.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in a large-scale and high-performance project management environment, with strong multi-tasking and process management skills
• Be an outstanding Agile master (ClickUp, Kanban Scrum, GitHub)
• Be a prolific cross-team communicator with outstanding knowledge (ClickUp, Slack, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Discord)
• Be an enthusiastic builder of the #1 no-cost repeatable knowledge channel at scale: knowledge management and wiki documentation (ClickUp, GitHub, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs, etc.)
• Be persistent in going the distance and getting stuff done, and help us achieve 200% growth every month by ensuring projects and tasks are fully synced and stay on track.
• Be naturally humble and open-minded with an always-learning attitude
• Be an excellent interpersonal communicator and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
