Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Clinical Staff Pharmacist
to join our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you will ensure safe, effective medication use, contribute to clinical program development, and partner closely with facility providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for clinical appropriateness
• Assess drug interactions, allergies, and duplicate therapies
• Supervise pharmacy technician workflow
• Perform medication regimen reviews for new admissions
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and caregivers
• Utilize SynMed robotic filling automation
• Support IV admixture/compounding when needed

Core Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience (LTC experience preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills

Schedule & Rotation

• Consistent 8-hour day shifts
• Saturday rotation every 6 weeks
