Responsibilities:

• Chairside assist during surgical procedures including extractions, implants, grafting, and IV sedation
• Sterilize instruments, prepare trays, and set up/turn over operatories
• Take digital X-rays and CBCT scans
• Review pre-op and post-op instructions with patients
• Maintain surgical documentation and charts accurately
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Help with back-office and occasional front-office tasks to support team flow
• Support inventory tracking and daily room setup

Requirements:

• 1+ years of dental assisting experience (oral surgery strongly preferred)
• Massachusetts Dental Assistant License (Required)
• Radiology Certification (Required)
• BLS/CPR Certification (Required)
• Experience with IV sedation or surgical assisting (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Willingness to adapt in a startup environment and assist wherever needed
• Desire to grow clinically and professionally in oral surgery

Schedule:

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Monday through Friday

Compensation:
$28.57–$36/hour, based on experience and qualifications

• Overtime eligible
• Raises and performance reviews based on contribution and growth
