As an FP&A Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for driving the modernization and evolution of the Financial Planning & Analysis function into a disciplined, data- and insights-driven business partner. Your role will focus on optimizing performance, enabling long-term profitable growth, and supporting the organization in meeting both current financial commitments and future growth ambitions.
Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, this role will lead enterprise-wide FP&A transformation initiatives, leveraging technology, process optimization, and change management to deliver faster, smarter, and more actionable financial insights.
About the Job
- Lead the development and execution of the FP&A modernization and transformation strategy across the enterprise.
- Redesign and optimize financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision making.
- Evaluate, support, and implement financial systems and tools, including OneStream modules, while sunsetting legacy systems.
- Develop advanced, standardized, and automated reporting solutions, including AI-enabled analytics, to provide actionable insights and identify trends.
- Act as a key liaison between Finance, Business, and Technology teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee FP&A transformation projects, managing stakeholders, resources, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead change management efforts, including end-user support, training, and feedback loops to ensure adoption of new tools and processes.
- Promote continuous improvement and share best practices across the global FP&A organization.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive financial management experience, ideally within a global industrial manufacturing or similar environment.
- Proven experience in Corporate FP&A and/or operating finance leadership roles within a publicly traded company.
- Strong hands-on financial expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated success leading finance transformation initiatives, including systems implementation and process redesign.
- Strong technical acumen with experience using financial systems such as OneStream, SAP BPC, SAP, JD Edwards, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of driving meaningful process and performance improvements.
- Ability to lead change in complex, high-growth, and dynamic environments.
