Job Overview
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be the heartbeat of our customer interactions, driving satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and sales expertise. You'll engage with customers via phone and other communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your role is vital in creating a positive customer experience that fosters long-term relationships.

What you'll do

• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Engage in outbound calling to promote products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions and generate reports as needed.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers.

Experience

• Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse customers.
• Prior experience in customer service or client services, preferably within a call center environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry processes and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent typing skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures is preferred.
