Enclosure Foreman – Construction

We are seeking an experienced Enclosure Foreman to lead our Enclosure Department projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while supervising a skilled team. This role may require occasional travel to off-site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage employees and contractors.
• Develop and oversee work schedules, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain effective team communication.
• Assist team members as needed to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership or foreman experience in construction or manufacturing (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and quality control.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand/measuring tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly; 50–100 lbs with assistance.
• Frequent standing, crouching, kneeling, climbing, and manual handling.
• Exposure to typical manufacturing hazards, noise, and occasional outdoor elements.

Preferred:

• Electrical license in Iowa.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring teams.
• Previous foreman or mid-level management experience.
