Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Assist in bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Follow sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.

Experience:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of bussing procedures and dishwashing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
