We are an early-stage, venture-backed startup building an AI-powered platform to modernize a critical and overlooked part of the automotive collision industry. Our product automates complex workflows around parts procurement, quoting, ordering, and back-office operations for auto body shops.

We move fast, work closely with customers, and ship continuously. Demand is strong, the product is already live, and we are in execution mode.

We are looking for a Founding Engineer / Software Engineer (title depends on experience) to join us early and help build the core product.

This is a hands-on role with full ownership across product, infrastructure, and code. You will work closely with the founders and customers to ship high-impact features quickly.

Full-stack experience is ideal, but deep expertise in every area is not required.

• Building and shipping production features end-to-end

• Developing backend services and APIs

• Working on frontend applications as needed

• Owning infrastructure, deployments, and system reliability

• Applying AI and automation to real-world operational workflows

• Iterating quickly based on direct customer feedback

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Experience building and shipping real products

• Comfort working across the stack (frontend, backend, infra)

• Familiarity with modern web technologies , TypeScript, React, MongoDB, AWS or similar)

• Interest in applying AI in production systems

• Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Startup experience is a plus but not required.
