Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, appearance, and overall appeal of our communities. This position ensures that our properties remain well-kept, safe, and desirable for current and prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, respectful customer service
• Support resident retention through timely, quality maintenance
• Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and vendors
• Maintain both commercial and residential buildings
• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including:
• Painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds keeping
• Appliance installation and repair
• Drywall installation and repair
• Hauling and miscellaneous upkeep
• Participate in rotating on-call duties, including some weekends

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and dependable time management
• Solid interpersonal communication abilities
• Proven work ethic and a "whatever it takes" attitude
• Must provide own tools
• Comfortable working at high elevations
• Truck preferred
• Previous multi-family maintenance experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience

Compensation

• Full-time position
• Salary commensurate with skills and experience
