Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to provide advanced legal support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of personal injury law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision. This role requires strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proven experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation files, including case intake, document collection, medical record review, and evidence organization.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, demand packages, motions, and trial preparation materials.
• Coordinate depositions, independent medical exams, expert consultations, and court filings.
• Maintain accurate case calendars, deadlines, and attorney schedules.
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, insurers, and court personnel.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, mediation statements, and courtroom logistics.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case development.
• Ensure all tasks comply with legal standards, confidentiality requirements, and firm procedures.

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, specifically within personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, litigation procedures, and e-filing systems.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and case-management skills.
• Proficiency with legal software (e.g., case management system (Clio), document management platforms).
• Ability to work independently, handle competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
