Elite Roofing Systems is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead our crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct roofing crews on residential and commercial projects
• Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and safety requirements
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and schedules with project managers
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Qualifications:

• Proven roofing experience with shingles, metal, cedar, synthetic, and low-slope roofing.
• Prior leadership and foreman experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing safety practices and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve on site
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
