We are a growing elevator-interior fabrication company seeking an experienced, high-capacity Office Administrator to join our existing two-person administrative team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, requires minimal supervision, and has a proven track record of keeping financial and project administration running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and payable in QuickBooks Desktop
  • Create and track purchase orders, maintain vendor relationships, and control material costs
  • Prepare submittals, close-out documents, and assist with project coordination
  • Handle customer and vendor communication (phone and email)
  • Serve as in-house notary

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of office administration experience in construction, manufacturing, or fabrication
  • 3+ years daily, hands-on use of QuickBooks Desktop
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven setting
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Reliable daily commute to Durham, NC 27703

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AIA billing, certified payroll, COIs, or lien waivers
  • Current North Carolina notary public commission (Or can acquire within 30 days)

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
