Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager specializing in septic systems to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of septic system installation and maintenance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. 5 years of more of septic experience is required for this role. You must provide relevant work experience and licensing to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to septic system installation, repair, and maintenance projects
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for field teams to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing septic systems and environmental standards
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures to meet company standards
• Lead, train, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance work environment
• Establish relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth operations
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets safety standards and quality expectations
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies necessary for septic system services

Qualifications

• Proven experience in septic system installation, maintenance, or related wastewater management fields
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of local regulations and environmental compliance requirements for septic systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, staff, and regulatory bodies
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Relevant certifications or licenses in wastewater management or environmental health are a plus

Pay: $75, $100,000.00 per year
