Associate Attorney

Boyd Law, APC, is an established multi-practice statewide litigation firm. We have been practicing for over 17 years. Our law firm is seeking a full-time Family Law associate attorney. Team-oriented legal professionals interested in joining our dynamic team should apply now.

You will have the opportunity to work with senior Family Law litigation associates on legal matters. You will provide legal counsel to existing clients and new or referral clients. You'll be responsible for providing individualized attention to your clients, tailoring a case strategy plan for them, handling law and motions, TROs, Discovery, and depositions, as well as hearings and trial.

Our Orange County team is located in Irvine, CA., in a beautiful Class A office space overlooking the city. Our additional offices include San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and San Diego. With our talented team, you will work collaboratively as a Family Law Attorney. Boyd Law is proud to retain the best legal talent in California. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in Civil Litigation, depositions, law, motions and trial experience.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with Motions and Evidentiary issues;
• Filing and responding to a dissolution;
• Preparing preliminary and final disclosures;
• Preparing written discovery;
• Taking and defending depositions;
• Filing a Request for Orders;
• Appearance at temporary hearings;
• Appearance at long cause hearings;
• Expert designations;
• Law and Motion writing;
• Work with a dedicated team of professionals.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in family law is preferred. Our firm offers competitive six-figure compensation packages, depending on demonstrated experience.
