Since 2019, our ATS Hero Saas platform enables anytime, anywhere VR simulation training for anyone. Imagine a world where professionals can train and prepare for hazardous, high-stakes scenarios without the risk of real-world consequences. ATS Hero features multiplayer, multilingual virtual reality simulations with immersive experiences that replicate real-life situations across various industries, from EMS and first responders to nurses, site inspectors, workplace protocols and more. Client data indicates 49% increase in recall, 29% faster response times, and 10x cost savings compared to traditional lecture-based training, our ATS Hero is the future of professional training and skills development. ATSVR works with enterprise companies, hospital systems, medical universities and government agencies to develop and design VR training experiences using state-ofthe- art VR technologies. We are adding a VR Sales Development Intern with up and coming skills and some industry experience to further expand our existing client base, and also open new markets and industries for the ATS Hero SaaS platform.
What you will be doing:
This is a contract remote role for a VR Sales Development Internship at Augmented Training Systems. This person will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, sales, proposals and inform contract negotiations on a part-time basis. They may also inform and assist with the definition of multi-channel online marketing and social media campaign posts. Territory is initially the US. This is an entry level role that may potentially lead to a full-time sales position.
Your background, experience and skills need to include:
● 2 to 3 years of Enterprise, Government Agency and/or Higher Ed sales experience
● Prospecting, lead generation, cold- calling, and proposal development skills
● Strong communication skills, with professional level writing (AI-assisted ok)
● Experience in VR gaming, simulations, and related tech (Quest ownership is a plus)
● Track record in setting and meeting sales targets and goals (HubSpot XP a plus)
● Most activities to be conducted online using an automated sales stack
● Potential for occasional travel to industry events and tradeshows
● Ability to work independently and remotely
● Knowledge of "Serious Gaming" and related technologies is a plus
● Bachelor's or Masters' degree in a related area of study is a plus
● Experience working for a startup-up or scale-up is a plus
