As we strive to expand our reach and support more individuals in need of home health care, we are actively seeking a Full Time Marketing Specialist to help us grow our presence in the community and secure client referrals from healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders within Illinois.

Target Market:

Elderly Populations

  • Demographics: Seniors who require assistance with daily living activities, medical care, and companionship.
  • Needs: Chronic disease management, post-surgical care, physical therapy, medication management, and personal care services.

Individuals with Chronic Illnesses:

  • Demographics: Patients of all ages suffering from chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory issues, and arthritis.
  • Needs: Continuous medical monitoring, medication administration, nutritional support, and specialized therapeutic services.

Post-Acute Care Patients:

  • Demographics: Individuals recovering from surgeries, hospitalizations, or acute medical episodes who need transitional care at home.
  • Needs: Rehabilitation services, wound care, physical and occupational therapy, and coordination of follow-up medical appointments.

Disabled Individuals:

  • Demographics: Persons with physical or developmental disabilities requiring ongoing assistance to maintain independence and quality of life.
  • Needs: Personal care, mobility support, daily living assistance, and respite care for family caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Warm Leads:
Reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in our services at outreach events or community programs.

Schedule Events:
Contact organizations—both existing partners and new prospects—to schedule Goodhope's participation at community events, food pantries, and resource fairs.

Record Notes in AxisCare:
Document all lead interactions, calls, and client-related notes in the AxisCare system.

Maintain Lead and Conversion Records:
Input all lead information and conversion progress into the Excel lead tracker for performance monitoring.

Engage with the Community:
Speak with participants and potential clients at food pantries, senior centers, health/resource fairs, and other outreach events to explain our services and collect leads.

Meet Call and Outreach Goals:

25–50 calls per day to food pantries when there are no events or lead follow-ups.

15–35 calls per day if there are lead follow-ups and one event scheduled.

10–20 calls per day if there is one event and a high number of follow-ups.

Book at least 2 food pantries per day (new or existing partnerships).

Lead Generation:
Generate a minimum of 5 new leads per week and ensure timely follow-up.

Client Conversion:
Successfully convert at least one client within the first two months of employment.

Communication Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls professionally.

Send emails and text messages to clients or organizations as needed.

Follow up promptly and maintain strong communication etiquette.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks:

Attend Illinois Department on Aging (IDoA) provider meetings as required.

Deliver PowerPoint presentations when representing Goodhope at outreach events or meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or Home Health care preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Rate:

  • $18 hourly with the potential to get a raise when you bring in your first 20 clients in 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
